I suggest you get gpc321.zip from:

  http://www.gnu-pascal.de/contrib/maurice

and install it AFTER you have installed gcc321b.zip from the usual
simtel locations.  GPC is dependant on having the right gcc
version available.  Installation is simply unzipping from the
DJGPP base directory.
