Almost certainly no.  The whole concept of a FIFO (a.k.a. name pipe
that actually exists as a file in some directory) is completely alien
to DOS, and still quite alien to Windows, too.

The Windows API does suppor the concept to some degree, but I'd be
*very* surprised it that extended to such FIFOs being made visible and
usable to a DOS application.

So, in a nutshell: forget about it.  Try to work around the need for
FIFOs in whatever program it is you're porting or writing.
