After extended modification, bug-fixing, and enhancement,
the BETA DJGPP DOS release of Python 2.2.1 has been uploaded to:

I consider this BETA release considerably more reliable, although
still limited when compared to the Linux ports.

This release also incorperates the PYXML library. Please see the websites
