Yes and no.

We have gcc 2.95.<something> and gcc 3.<something> (and <something>
might be several different numbers in each case). To know exactly you
just take a peek at your favourite DJGPP mirror.

But there was a lot of warnings that appeared after changing from gcc
2.95.x to 3.y, which ought to explain it.

So remember this: use the same compiler version if you want to compare
platforms.
