I have no problems with Windows 95 & 98, but I can't get DJGPP programs 
to interact with the Windows NT4/XP/2k clipboard. 

I have the same experience when running RHIDE - the Windows Clipboard 
menu commands do nothing at all for me on these platforms but work fine 
with older versions of Windows (ie, Win9x).

I've checked the FAQ and can find no reference to this issue. Is it a 
known problem? Is there a workaround?
