Dear Guru,

I am in search of a NT-FRIENDLY simple and "light" standard VGA 
library/sources that MUST support standard (Video INT 10h, mode 12h) 
640x480 16-color mode. (I don't need any other VGA mode even mode-X!)
It would be excellent if this library supports SOME of the functions 
implemented by BGI from Borland.

Note that I don't need any extra stuff as provided by GRX, and to be 
honest I don't want to switch to GRX! Allegro is best but not NT 
friendly as that doesn't support 640x480x16 (4bpp).

I will be grateful if you help me to locate some link/resource/document 
relevant to this issue.
