I downloaded it some time ago, but didn't get big success with it with one of 
National Instruments AT-GPIB card. Finally installed Linux drivers I got from
NI FTP site and they seems to work Ok (don't have access to that box now, it
about 300 km from place where I'm now). Files from Linux Lab project also are  
rather outdated. 

If You really want this old file I can put it somewhere available.
