How the ** do I unsubscribe!!!!?

The website that used to tell all the un/subscribe info is gone and I cannot=

find it, not even in the mail archive.

This makes me quite mad as I recieve a mailbox full of crap that I want to=20
unsubscribe to but no one will tell me how.
