when my DOS-gcc203-compiled-programm terminates with a
general protection fault , it obviously doesn't properly close
the open files.
I redirected the output with "program > file" in DOS , but when looking
into "file" ,  the last output before the GPF was missing.
This was confusing, because I miscalculated the interception
time and reason .
It was one of these annoying things which made my debugging difficult.

Is it a bug ?
