the .inf files should be .info files, you have had them truncated,
probably when unzipping


there are two versions of RHIDE , the original 1.4 by the author
Robert Hoene,
and the 1.4.7.1 beta which is maintained by someone else. try both but
beware because the GPR and GDT files are incompatible.
