If you run Linux, check out "mirror". I use it to keep my packages up
to date.

You could probably use lynx (which exists for DOZE) with the
appropriate switches to simulate mirror.

There is a minor issue being discussed on the workers list. But it's
been compiled for DJGPP but not released yet.
