I couldn't compile the source distribution, as I am running a minimal
DJGPP setup (no fil/shl/txt/m4-/awk/sed) and am behind a 3 Mbps pipe
with 1,500 users.  Binary distribution 0.8.0-pre1 installed fine
(although you might want to split the install-info calls off into a
batch file instinfo.bat as I did).

Next question:  How do I test it?
