I need to cross compile for a PowerPC target from my PC (Windows/DOS). Is
there a pre-built binary available? Or do I have to attempt to build one
with DJGPP? If so, is there any usable help guides? All the stuff on the
GNU/GCC web sites is either incomplete or else assumes a Unix host.
