If the MSC version used to compile those libraries and object files
was a DOS 16-bit compiler, check out sections 17.5 and 17.6 of the
DJGPP FAQ list.

If these libraries are built with a Windows version of MSC, I think
you are out of luck.

Btw, did you consider rewriting those libraries from scratch?  It
might be easier.
