No, AFAIK this does not work.

Yes, MDA compatable, a Hercules mono card works fine.

No, don't even try. 

I have recently upgraded to an AGP card and the dual monitors stopped working.
I have tried both S3 Trio and a Trident AGP card with no luck.  If anyone knows 
of an AGP card that does work with dual display I would love to know about it.
