Has anyone (Juan, perhaps?) attempted recently to build the DJGPP port
of RCS from the source archive (rcs5713s.zip) under djgpp 2.03?  The
archive was ported using djgpp 2.01.

I tried it over the weekend, without success; configuration went
smoothly, but the build of `conf.h' died due to (IIRC) an inability
to determine some function prototype(s).  The rcs readme does have a
few remarks about this, and some suggestions for things to try, but I
(naively) expected the port for 2.01 to build without problems under 2.03.

I'll post details later when I get back to my DJGPP box.
