And if that works, but the autoexec.bat doesn't, create a batch file
c:\windows\command\djgpp.bat and write:

set DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV
set PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH%

Then type `djgpp' at a prompt before you compile.
