This is a chicken-and-egg type problem: you need a compiled bash to
run the 'configure' script. But you need to run the configure script
before you can compile your own bash.

This clearly means that you need an existing bash binary, first.
Actually, unless you have really good reason to compiler your own
bash, your probably better off using the existing prebuilt binary.
