Hello.

I'd like to announce the availability of a port of popt to DJGPP. popt is
a flexible command-line argument parsing library. It's like getopt, but
much more powerful. It is used in the Linux package manager 'rpm'.

The port is available from the DJGPP archive:

An extract from a Linux development book is included, which explains how
to use popt.

popt is being used in the zippo package manager for DJGPP.
