Especially when there is no "blib" directory created after installing
perl552b.zip?

Problem:  I am trying to install my first perl module (Text-CSV-0.01),
and have run "perl Makefile.PL", creating the "Makefile".  However, in
the Makefile, there are "default" install directories starting with
"blib/":

...
INST_BIN = blib/bin
INST_EXE = blib/script
INST_LIB = blib/lib
INST_ARCHLIB = blib/arch
INST_SCRIPT = blib/script
...

Q1:	Is this normal?  Or is this only good for unixy OS's?
	Or do I need to specify an override and/or an environment
	variable?

Q2:	If this *is* normal, where is it documented, please?

Obviously, if I need to create a new directory structure for installed
modules, I can/will do so.  I just need to know what that structure is
supposed to be, and how it integrates into the DJGPP environment.

TIA for any help or info you can provide, including necessary RTFM's.
