dear group,

i have a couple questions regarding how to make a bootable program in djgpp.
i guess i need to know
 1) ... the format of a coff object file or executable (at what offset
inside the module the code begins, etcet...
 2) ... where to find an example of a crt0.s that would be consistant with
being bootable as well as an example linker script.
 3)  ... a DOS or windows bootloader capable of booting the above.
