Methods of reducing EXE size (a topic which is also covered by the FAQ):

1. Link with -s to strip the symbol names.
2. Use an EXE compressor like DJP to approximately halve the size (for most
EXEs).
3. Use libraries that are written in a modular way so they don't include
code you'll never use.
