There's a chapter on installation, and there's a section on
troubleshooting.

Note that the CD is based on an old version of DJGPP; a new edition is
in the works, but it will probably take a couple of months before it
goes into press.

What's your problem in installing DJGPP off the net, anyway?  It's so
easy that I can hardly imagine someone would want to buy an outdated
CD in the hope that it will make the installation easier.  The CD is
for people who want most of the GNU packages ready to run, avoiding
the overhead of downloading them through the net.  If all you need is
the basic development environment, the CD is not going to make the
life much easier for you, mainly because it's so easy already.
