 On my Linux partitions of my PC, I have installed "recode" which I find
a marvellous thing (done by a Canadian named François Pinard).

 However, fort the sake of compatibility (and to avoid multiple reboots
to Win98 or Linux) I would like to install recode on the PC partitions.
Then a question:

  ==> Has somebody installed "recode" under dgjpp? (the configure script
under sash does not recognise gcc.exe, although it is in the path). In
that case, it is likely that the adequate Makefile would be
sufficient...
