Well ,  thiese are just calls to int 21h and they assume that the underlying
operating system provides long file name capabilities itself.
Under dos you'd use lfndos whose sources are available
Under Win9x you don't need to use anything else, Win9x has long filename
support built in.
Under Windows NT you'd want to try out my lfn services for Windows nt
Under Windows 2000 ... well, never tried to use that
