Hi all I'm newby here I have some question

1) there's a faq of this NG?
2) anybody use salad routines? Are better than allegro's?
3) a got a lot of problem debugging graphical routine with rhide, at any
time it hang-up
with no evident reason, any suggestion?
4) when I close graphical routines I *must* use allegro_close()?
5) I tried to use set_gfx_..(GFX_TEXT,..)
[dont remeber exact syntax] before that but it hangs_up and it doesnt return
to text mode at all
