RHIDE can record/play key sequences (normally called a macro ;-) look in the Edit|Macro menu. RHIDE can also trigger some operations based on the last 2 characters, they are called pmacros (pseudo macros), try typing *m*, then *a* and finally ctrl+space in a file called something.c SET -- Salvador Eduardo Tropea (SET).
