You have an old version of the FAQ; please upgrade.

The correct URL for the graphics tutorial is this:
 
   http://www.castle.net/~avly/djgfx.html 

(This URL is not in the latest FAQ, I found it from DJ Delorie's Web 
server, http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/docs/.  But at least having the new 
FAQ would have prevented you from looking for a stale URL.)
