Q: How do I get bigger fonts in Allegro?

A: Import them.

1. Use Shawn's TTF2PCX to create a larger font.  Or if you want a
good-looking 10x16 monospace font called Lucid, mail me.
2. Use the `grabber' theme editor to store it in a theme.
3. Use load_datafile() to load the theme, and pick out the font.
4. Use it instead of `font' in textout() and textprintf().

Or use AllegTTF, based on the FreeType engine.  You should have no
trouble finding this on Google.
