To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com DJ-Gateway: from newsgroup comp.os.msdos.djgpp Reply-To: djgpp AT delorie DOT com Hey, guys. I got a problem. I used to program a lot in DJGPP and it worked fine, both c and c++ programs. Over a period of ~5 months, I didn't have time and quit. Now I want to start again. I booted djgpp, typed in the Hello, World! program from my memory and it said the following: " Compiling: [the source program] Bad command or file name no errors " Thinking that it's something in the code, I opened up a previously made c program, tried to compile but I got the same message. I checked my autoexec, everything is there: " REM [DJGPP] SET PATH=C:\DJGPP\BIN;%PATH% SET DJGPP=C:\DJGPP\djgpp.env " Tried running autoexec and djgpp in the same DOS session, still didn't work. So, is there any way to fix this? It used to work before... I am aware that code seems to rot over time, but programs? Especially compilers? Doubt it. Thanks for all the help in advance...
