Yes, DLM seems to have disappeared from the face of Earth.  If someone finds
its copy, please post the info here.

This is one more case which shows how important it is to upload DJGPP-related
packages to SimTel.NET, instead of leaving them on your local server, where
some eager sysadmin could remove it...
