It looks like a problem with LFNs. Take a look at the lang/cxx directory of your
djgpp tree. If you have a file called streambu.h and not streambuf.h then you
uncompressed the files using short names and you must to uncompress them using
long file names. Read the readme.1st or the FAQ for recommendations about which
uncompressors you should use.
