Try running "gcc" at the command prompt.

C:\>gcc

Try a small program like this:

#include <stdio.h>

int main()
{
	printf("Hello world\n");
	return 0;
}

Use this command line:

gcc -o myprog.exe myprog.c

This should get you a start!
