Yes, but I think it does DirectX 3. It's good enough to play Carmageddon in a window on my computer at roughly the same speed as on Windows. That's pretty freaky if you ask me, but also pretty cool. I think it emulates OpenGL too, if you have Mesa installed, but GLQuake (for Windows) just crashed for me.
