You probably forgot to download the binutils. They are compressed into
bnu281b.zip. Download it from the djgpp v2 tree of one of the simtel
mirrors, unzip it from your DJGPP directory, and you should be set. The
program as.exe should reside in your DJGPP/bin folder if everything is
installed correctly.
