Having failed miserably to get RSXNTDJ to create a DLL for me, I tried
Cygwin instead, and with a lot of help from Jeremy Hill (thanks Jez)
managed to get this to work. So, if anyone else has had difficulties with
this, I'd recommend trying Cygwin (which is available at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin/lists.html).
