Please show us your autoexec.bat. Looks like you misunderstood some of
the installations instructions. As the message told you, the
environment variable DJGPP should hold the actual filename of
DJGPP.ENV, as it exists on your harddisk.

And please try to use cut-and-paste from the actual displayed message,
instead of copying it by hand... As is, there's a rather suspicious
extra quote and space at the end of the filename, but that might be
just a typing error.
