The FAQ mentions (section 4.4) downloading bash by giving the reference
`v2gnu/bsh203b.zip'.  However, I can only seem to locate bsh1147b.zip in the
FTP sites.  Can someone please give me the appropriate link so I can
download the 2.03 version.
