You access the CMOS by reading port 71h.  Before reading, you need to
disable all interrupts and the NMI, and write to port 70h the number
of the CMOS register you want to access.

I suggest to consult a good book for the details.  For example,  "The
Undocumented PC" by Frank van Gilluwe has an entire chapter on reading
the CMOS.
