Ok,I guess it would be a good idea to mention what cards we are using..since
there is a slight chance that its the cards fault...but i have to say
that the only time i get this problem is with an Djgpp/Allegro program.

I have avoided mentioning my card so no one would laugh at me,so
be gentle.

S3 ViRGE/GX2 4 meg Its an AGP card but the chip set is PCI...and not
even a good one,I got totaly ripped off.
