The FAQ is not the first piece of docs you need to read.  Begin with the file
README.1ST which comes with djdev203.zip (you will need djdev203.zip anyway,
so downloading it isn't a waste of time).

The FAQ is in the file v2/faq211b.zip.  You should generally consult it
whenever you have specific problems.
