There is no such thing as a "main" news (NNTP) server for any group.
News is distributed.  However, I do have a news micro-server at
news.delorie.com that ONLY carries comp.os.msdos.djgpp, and ONLY
allows reading (no posting allowed), for people that would benefit
from that.

Note that I don't guarantee that my server will update more often than
yours.
