You only need to download djdev203.zip, this is the minimum.  If you
need the timezone files (see section 22.19 of the FAQ for details),
get djtzn203.zip.  If you want library sources, get djlsr203.zip as
well.

None of the other files outside the v2 directory were changed, so you
don't need to download them again.
