Delorie.com still carries a really old RHIDE.
1.4.7.x is the latest.

If you still have qbasic, you can start the old edit by doing
  qbasic /editor foo.c
But the only _real_ editor is still Emacs.
(Fun: Try typing Alt+x tetris into Emacs
and see who doesn't get sued...)
