So? This can be easily done with DJGPP too. Just select all relevant 
packages, test installation, create a self-extracting zip, get DJ 
blessing and go distribute it. Still you'll get a lot of mails asking "I 
clicked and clicked and nothing happened"  (his left mouse button is 
broken - blame on you) and so on. Complete beginner needs some CS101 
textbook first and good book on his operating system second. Even super 
easy installation cannot possibly replace it.

Well, for novice to general surgery and perhaps to medical science in 
general, even simple appendix excision can be very frustrating - despite 
self-extracting abdomen, easy-to-remove intestines and all those FAQs 
and readmes :)
