There is a page (I forget the location ) on DJ's site 
<www.delorie.com> which tell's you in detail about building 
TVision. Please try searching DJ's site for Turbo Vision and you 
should come up with it. 

That Page also contains a link to SET's Home page which contains 
the latest version of the Turbo Vision. You might try getting it and 
see whether it would compile just like allegro (ie just typing make).
