To make it work in DOS, it uses a driver called ontrackd.sys which somehow allows DOS to use the Int13 extensions and access type F extented partitions. This driver causes all programs made with DJGPP 1.x to wedge solid instantly. My conclusion is that it is causing the GO32 extender some grief, although exactly how I'm not sure. I want to run these programs. Has anyone heard of this before? Does anyone know roughly what part of the extender is malfunctioning? I am using only himem.sys (and umbpci) there is no EMM386 or VCPI to use, and providing one doesn't seem to help. -- JP Morris - aka DOUG the Eagle (Dragon) -=UDIC=- DOUG-15 AT bigfoot DOT com Fun things to do with the Ultima games (http://ithe.cjb.net) Developing a U6/U7 clone (http://fly.to/ire) d+++ e+ N+ T++ Om U123456!7'!8!KA u++ uC+++ uF+++ uG---- uLB---- uA--- nC+ nR---- nH+++ nP++ nI nPT nS nT wM- wC- y a(YEAR - 1976)
