Whomever the maintainer of PDCurses is, the DJGPP (sup)port is not so
active.  Version 2.3 (pdc23djg.zip) has been out for a long while, is
stale (compiled with DJGPP v2.0), was not packaged for DJGPP, and was
not uploaded to DJGPP SimTel archives (only 2.2 available from).
