Hi,

Apologies in advance if this is covered in the documentation but I
have tried to find it in the FAQ.  I can print to stdout normally
using a printf but when I try to use fprintf (to stderr or any other
filehandle for that matter) I get a load time error:

undefined reference to _streamv

Any help with how to correct this would be welcome,
