When I open a source file, and compile it, I then go to Run it, but the
Run option is 'greyed out' (in Windows terminology).  What's the deal? 
Did I do something wrong?  These sources compile perfectly but I can't
run, build, make or link it.  They are alll greyed out.  This thing was
working about 2 months ago. 

Any help would be appreciated.
